The protocol compares training without drinking Day By Day versus with drinking Day By Day 60 minutes before, during, and directly after exercise. The screenshot in the post shows the results for the running trial: - Test: 60‑minute time trial in the sun at 25°C - Measurement: body weight before and directly after the run Results: Dehydration was reduced from 2.34% to 2.31% when using Day By Day.
